As the oldest of seven children and now an elementary teacher, I have a lot of always been watching over someone younger than me. At 13 I started nannying for younger kids in my small, rural community in Southern Illinois. I love creating art and putting smiles on other people's faces. That's why I love working with children and much. They are so creative, and they put just as many smiles on my face as I hope to put on theirs. I am currently an English Language Specialist for children who speak different languages! I am passionate about communication and reading and would love to help cultivate a joy for this in your child as well:) Children are a joy, and I would blessed to get to entertain yours!

Dempsey was fantastic with my almost-two-year-old! She was always warm and enthusiastic while playing with him, preparing lunch and feeding him, changing him, and putting him down for his nap. My son adored spending time with Dempsey! She is also punctual, and a responsive communicator. Great caretaker, all around!
