I worked in NYC BOE for 3 years before moving to NJ BOE where I worked students from preK to high school. I worked with ABA and phonetic awareness as a speech language therapist. I encountered many disabilities with communication. I wanted to help them sound out words. I wanted to help my special Ed students be independent. I am now retired after 15 years on the job. I am here to help your son or daughter or You Now!! I'd describe my personality as fun, diligent, and thorough. I like tutoring because I love to see my students happy when they can actually get it. I have a niece who suffers from SLD, and I have helped her with her money, math, time skills, and comprehension of language skills.
