With a decade of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I'm dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, ensuring their well-being and independence. My approach is rooted in patience and empathy. I build strong connections by understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I also incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and do light housekeeping. CPR and First Aid Training are current. I find immense joy in making a positive difference in the lives of those I care for, and I look forward to bringing my skills and compassion to your family.
