About Demetra

Hi there! Thank you for coming across my profile! I am Demetra nd this summer I'm looking for opportunities to babysit and tutor. My background is in education and ministry. I worked in Higher Education and College and Career Counseling since I was in college myself. Additionally, I've been involved with summer camps ever since I was a camper myself as a young girl, which eventually led me to working as overnight cabin staff for the camp I grew up at while I was in college. I worked for four years as the Girls' Director of a summer camp, which included me being the direct point person for all of our female staff and campers. Now, I work in nonprofit ministry where young adults complete a year of service through our program. I am warm, friendly, and very adaptable. I love working with kids, tutoring in English, and offering College and Career Counseling guidance. In my spare time, I love hiking, traveling, and reading. I am looking forward to working with you!
