I started out attending school for pharmacy technician. I had 6 weeks left before it was time to take the state test. Then a chain of events happened, and my grandmother's health started going down. So, I stopped attending school and helping my granny more. While this was going on, I had a change of heart and my passion turned to caring for her. I hate that it turned out to be that way, because she declined maybe 6 months later, but I found my true calling in the end. So, I have been doing this now for about 13 years. I've worked in homes, facilities, and a hospital. I know to treat people with nothing, but kindness and respect, because one day the shoe could be on the other foot.
