Hi, I’m Deme! I’m a proud mom to a sweet 21-month-old girl and a firm believer that children thrive when they have both love and structure. My parenting (and caregiving) style is a mix of patience, guidance, and fun — I’m firm when it matters, but I always lead with kindness. I believe in doing what’s best for a child, even when it takes extra time or tough love. I’m also the kind of caregiver who loves to laugh, play, and really connect with kids. I stay fully engaged — whether that’s building forts, reading stories, or doing crafts together. I’m comfortable caring for infants through school-age children and can also help with light cleaning, meal prep, errands, and more. Kids tend to warm up to me quickly because I’m both consistent and fun, and parents appreciate that I treat their children like my own.
