DeMecca has been our full-time nanny for over a year, and will continue to be an important part of our family on an occasional basis. She is warm, patient, engaging, and respectful. My son adores her. From the first time we met her, I have been impressed with both her poise and her interactions with children. I admit to being particular about my son's care, and DeMecca has gracefully accepted our family rules and worked hard to be consistent with our parenting style. She is friendly and kind, and serves as a wonderful example to my son. She focuses on him and plays wholeheartedly with him, and has been great in teaching him new things over the course of his toddler stages. I highly recommend her as a caregiver.
