My name is Demarsah I go by Marshay, and I've been working in healthcare for over six years. I began my career in behavioral health, where I developed strong skills in patient advocacy, crisis intervention, and creating safe, supportive environments for individuals with mental health needs. Later, I expanded my experience by becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where I gained hands-on skills in direct patient care, daily living support, and building meaningful patient relationships. Having worked in both behavioral health and nursing care, I bring a well-rounded perspective, compassion, and dedication to improving the well-being of every individual I serve.
