Delta is an exceptionally loving, kind, funny, smart, and calm caregiver. We found her through this website and she worked for us on a regular schedule for about two months. We weren't hiring a full time nanny, but if we were, Delta would absolutely be my first choice. I have learned so much from Delta. It was such a gift to have her in my apartment each week. I asked her a million questions, because she has knowledge and experience about everything. I'm a first time mom and my son is now just 4 months old. The newborn phase is hard, tiring, and challenging. Delta helped teach me how to be a better mom, and more importantly, she gave me confidence and a sense of calm. Finding the right caregiver is a priceless. I highly recommend Delta and I plan to keep in touch with her! 

I’ve known Delta for the past 3 years. We met in a play space and I was immediately drawn to how nurturing she was with the child she was taking care of. Over the years I’ve seen how kind she was and caring not only to her direct nanny child but also to all the children around her.  Every week I would see her preparing delicious meals for her child, and ensuring the child was well fed. She organized play dates to ensure the child developed social skills, would take the child to the park, the library, environmental centers, music and dance class and other educational institutions. She was instrumental in teaching her child and other children around her how to be polite, disciplined, respectful, kind and friendly. She would take pictures of all the child doing different activities so the parents were always kept updated. I believe whichever family employs Delta will be fine extremely happy and pleased with their decision. 

Delta has been our nanny since our daughter was three months old, and we will sadly part ways this year when she starts school. Delta came highly recommended by her prior families, and for good reason. She has been an absolute joy to work with, and we can’t imagine life without her over the past three years. In addition to keeping our daughter safe at all times, Delta has helped her through her key milestones (bottles, solids, crawling/walking, potty training, etc.), prepared her wholesome meals from scratch, cultivated a group of neighborhood friends for her, taught her to count, sing songs, and work out puzzles, recommended various activities for her, and generally helped us raise a kind, polite, and inquisitive child. We are so happy we found Delta and would recommend her highly to any family looking for a caring, experienced, responsible, and dedicated nanny!

Delta was reliable, caring, loving and attentive to our daughter! We love her and would recommend her to anyone! 

Delta agreed to help us out on a temporary basis while my wife was working.  She was supposed to show up at 9:00AM.  Texted at around 6:30AM that she was not coming.  Pure no show.  Buyer beware.

Delta is a dream! She is simply amazing, everything you would want out of a Nanny and more!! Delta started taking care of our daughter when she was 4 months old and very quickly became a part of our family. We often turned to Delta with questions and for advice, we really value her deep knowledge and expertise. Delta is a true professional and has gone above and beyond for our family. She is fun, energetic and always reliable. It is so amazing to see our daughter light up when Delta enters the room, they truly have a special bond! We will miss her dearly and wish we would take her with us but know whoever Delta moves on to will be incredibly lucky to have her!

Delta is just amazing!  She has been with us for 1.5 years, taking care of our daughter since she was 3 months old.  Delta is incredibly kind and caring, and she loves and understands babies and children of all ages.  She is responsible, always on time, and takes wonderful care of our daughter.  She has become like part of the family.  She checks our preferences on everything, and it really feels like she is working with us as a partner to help our daughter grow and develop.  She is also an excellent cook, and will make food for our daughter, which is a huge bonus.  We have been working from home most of the time she's been with us, and so we've seen first-hand how attentive she is and how engaged our daughter is when they're together.  They are always playing games, singing, making music, reading books, or going to the park.  Our daughter is constantly learning and laughing with Delta.  When she walks in the door my daughter gets a huge smile on her face, which I love to see.

Delta was a wonderful caretaker for our child. She was the first person to watch our daughter (starting at 4 months) outside of family and I trusted her implicitly. Very knowledgeable about childcare (is also a mom herself) and genuinely loves the kids she watches. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Delta. She was a tremendous caregiver for my 3 month old daughter until she turned 2 years old where we relocated to Seattle. My husband and I hired Delta as she had the extensive experience we were looking for. She is a terrific nanny and she quickly became apart of our family. She is extremely responsible, and creates an environment for our daughter where she is safe and loved. She helped us putting our daughter on a schedule, and did a wonderful job of coming up with ideas as she got older. She organizes play dates, music classes, takes her to the library for story time ETC. Delta is also a fanatic cook and phenomenal baker who prepared healthy organic meals and snacks. Delta is very patient, punctual, honest and responsible. I highly recommend Delta to anyone you will fall in love just as my family and I did! 

I know Delta after she enrolled her daughter in tutoring program. It is a pleasure learning about someone from observing how they engage with their child. I admire the investment she makes towards her daughter's care. Delta spends considerable time investing in her child's education through her active support whether it's helping her with homework, taking her to programs or making time to speak with her teacher. I find Delta is a kind, responsible, reliable, caring and warm mother. 
She would make a really great child care provider. She has a great big motherly heart.  

Delta was an excellent caregiver to our infant son. She is extremely professional, safety-oriented, trustworthy, communicative and hardworking. What we loved most about Delta was how she actively engaged our son by talking, playing, and laughing with him throughout the day. She helped encourage his development, challenged him to start crawling and reach other milestones, set up playdates, helped get him on a schedule, took him to the library and other classes, and was very interactive with him. Most importantly, our son loved her. He was always smiling and happy when they were together. I think you will find her to be a welcome addition to your family.
