I'm a certified nurses aide/home health aide Cardiac Care Technician, Telemetry Monitor Tech with several years experience caring for the elderly and patient with complex needs. I am capable of doing work that requires concentration and hospice care. Hands-on-experience changing simple dressing, urostomy pouches, ventilators which help patients to breathe, take vital signs, and range of motion exercise. I performed miscellaneous duties such as bathing, grooming, routine housekeeping tasks related to care of client, accompany on trips doctors appointment, run errands, prepare documentation for clinical records, report any changes in mental and physical condition. Remind to take medication, maintain a healthful safe environment, plan and prepare meals and assist with ambulation.
