About Delphine

I have been a caregiver for over 22 years. In addition to childcare I have an experience in senior living facility in France. My expertise includes accounting and caregiving in France and USA. I also teach my native French language. I am deeply passionate about providing compassionate and high-quality care for children and seniors. In my role I was responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, asthma management, and personal hygiene, transfert from bed to wheelchairs. I am adept at building trusting relationships with clients, tailoring my approach to meet their individual needs, establishing solid and trusting relationships through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an empathic and supporting attitude. From assessing individual needs and coordinating services to providing social stimulation and administering treatments and direct care, my background has prepared me to excel in this role.
