About Delphine

I have 22 years of experience as a French nanny bilingual. My expertise includes accounting and caregiving in France and USA in Michigan. I have been working with children and adults on the autism spectrum as well. I have a genuine love for children and a passion for caring for, supervising, educating, motivating and teaching, playing, nurturing self-esteem. I am also very goal-oriented, organized, reliable, compassionate, loving, confident, and responsible caregiver that is attentive and nurturing. I believe that positive, appropriate behavior should be demonstrated at all times. I find that working with children is personally fulfilling because of the rewarding opportunity to make sure that the child is healthy, happy, and self-confident. I recognize that the most exciting important aspect of caring for newborns and infants is helping them find their connection to the environment around them and I take great pride and joy in helping the children I care for accomplish this goal.
