She was absolutely essential to our parents' care during a really difficult time for our family. We live in a different city, and as our parents got older and started struggling more with dementia, She became a constant source of support for them — and peace of mind for us. She was with us for several years after we decided to move on from a senior care company, and she stayed with our family until my mother passed. She was reliable, trustworthy, and showed up every single day. More times than I can count, she went above and beyond what was asked of her, handling not just the practical side of caregiving but also the emotional weight that came with it. My mother wasn't someone who let people into her personal space easily. But over time, she earned her trust completely. By the end, I truly believe my mother saw her as a daughter. We came to feel the same way — she became part of our family. Beyond her skills and dedication, what stood out most was how she stayed positive and steady through all the challenges we faced together. Her compassion, patience, and resilience made an enormous difference in our parents' quality of life — and in our ability to support them from far away. I can't recommend her highly enough.
