Delfina has been fantastic with our three boys, ages 5, 7, and 11. Our middle child can be challenging, but Delfina is never frazzled and keeps a calm, steady presence for the kids - exactly what they need. She’s been a huge help for our family, and has been flexible with scheduling as things come up and we need extra help. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. 

Delfina watched my 15 month old for 2 days and she was excellent with him! I work from home and could hear her interacting with him and she was so sweet and had so much fun with him. She helped tidy up while she had downtime which was so helpful. I hope we can have Delfina nanny for us again in the future. Thank you!

Delfina was an incredible caregiver for our four children (9,7,5,infant) She has been with our youngest from birth and we always felt incredibly confident in her care of him. She had a range of responsibilities with us outside of caring for the kids including keeping the house clean, making dinner with the kids one to two nights a week, laundry, washing baby bottles, and driving the kids to fun places. Our children absolutely adore her. She was always on time and never called out of work. We knew we could depend on her and she was always willing to be flexible. Any family will be lucky to have her!!

Delphina is a great sitter. My three girls adore her. I have a 15, 12, 6 year old. She was able to manage all three different levels/ages effectively. She always keeps them busy with tasks, games and activities. We'd definitely hire her again!

First off I would like to just say that meeting Delfina was a huge blessing! She always made me feel at ease leaving my 3 month old with her as I returned back to work, she would send me pictures and videos of him throughout the day my son was very loved by her and her family, she took great care of him and I never had one concern or worry about leaving him with her. She was always on time she's very responsible and polite very soft spoken & at the end of the day I would pick up my baby and he was always so happy and smiling his diaper was always changed promptly he was always clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Delfina as your next nanny.

Hired her, let our previous nanny go. Gave her what she wanted and time to decide if our home was the right fit. She said we were her "forever family" all for her to no show. I think she was playing us all along for fast money. Really unreliable, I would be careful with hiring, although she's nice she may use your family as a stepping block. She really screwed us over.

Delphina is awesome. We loved her! She always keeps the kids entertained with play, activities and exercise. She's always on time and extremely dependable!

Delfina was absolutely incredible with my 2 girls, she always arrived on time with activities planned out for the day, she was very flexible and easy to communicate with, my girls absolutely adored her, and knew they were in the best of hands when I was at work!

Dalfina is the real deal! She is honest, kind and professional. She has become a friend in such a short period of time. She comes prepared with actives that my boys love, and leaves the house cleaner than when I left.  I wish I could offer her more of a stable income in order to keep her watching my boys.

I hired Delfina to watch my son when he was only a few months old and had to return to work. I would highly recommend her to any mother or family who needs a full time nanny. She was on-time and very reliable. She kept my son well fed, dry, safe, happy and on a routine. She gave me a great peace of mind when I was nervous to return to work and leave him. Define is also bi-lingual so I appreciated that she would speak Spanish to him and give him a diversity of sounds and languages. She was also very tidy. She is a loving mother to her own family which was a great sign. Any family would be lucky to have her and I wish we could have had her longer but we moved to a different area! She is great with babies but I know she would be great with children of any age.

Delfina is an excellent worker. She followed every direction I left for her. She is amazing with my kids. She is punctual, responsible, respectful, and caring towards my kids. With today's circumstances, I was laid off my job and had to let her go. I would definitely hire her back. She makes everything easier for me. 10 STARS !!

Delfina is a very lovable and humble human being, she is very polite and has great customer service. I was able to work with her for a while and her personality is unbelievable.
