About Delaynie

I am an enthusiastic childcare professional with over three years of hands-on experience working with children, beginning at age 13 and continuing through age 16. Now 18, I am eager to advance my career as a full-time nanny, where I can build meaningful, long-term relationships with families and support children's growth and development. My background includes babysitting for multiple families, during which I honed skills in engaging young children, ensuring their safety, managing routines, and fostering positive interactions-children often form strong bonds with me due to my patient, creative, and nurturing approach. I am passionate about childcare and committed. I am seeking a nurturing family environment where I can contribute reliably while continuing to learn and develop alongside the children in my care
