Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the cornerstone of my seven-year teaching career. As a certified teacher experienced in Individualized Education Programs (IEP), I prioritize creating a patient, engaging environment tailored to your child's unique needs. I assess learning styles by actively observing how students interact with new material and maintaining open communication about what methods resonate most. Whether we are tackling math, science, or test preparation, I foster curiosity through interactive discussions and celebrate every small success. I believe consistent positive reinforcement and clear communication with families are essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth.
