I have a Masters degree in Education from PSU (2002) and can facilitate playshops inspired by the Virtues Project.

Delaram is a fantastic care taker. She cared for our baby boy ( 7months to 10months). She is a gentle, warm and caring person. She did lots of age appropriate activities and even brought toys/activities of her own. She is very knowledgeable and educated in the infant, toddler development and introduced us to a lot of fun activities to do with our kids. During the nap time she helped keeping the play areas and kitchen clean and tidy.
She is very flexible and also took care of our 3 year old during his preschool holidays. She did lots of activities with him as well. She kept notes on all day to day activities of my son and even sent us pictures.
Every day both of my kiddos are looking forward to her in the morning. She has became a part of the family and we were very fortunate to find Delaram and would highly recommend her.

Delaram was an absolute life saver for my family. From the moment Delaram stepped in our door, we immediately felt comfortable and we now consider her part of our extended family. 
One of the most important qualities for our family when choosing a nanny was finding someone who would take an interest in our daughter's development and her personality. Each day, Delaram left us notes of the activities they did together, and she quickly learned our daughter's favorite books, toys and games. She even brought her own favorite activities and introduced us to new ideas for educational play. Each morning when I left for work, I knew that my daughter would receiving Delaram's full attention and care. 
Delaram's communication and reliability is also outstanding. In addition to leaving us handwritten notes, she sent me messages and photos throughout the day.

Delaram is an amazing person and so much more than being a nanny.
