Learning isn't one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my approach to meet each student's unique needs. With four years of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a love for learning, not just memorization. I actively listen and observe how students interact with new material. I am very flexible when it comes to varying my teaching strategies. Celebrating small successes and breaking down complex problems builds momentum. I also believe that communication is key, and I provide regular updates to parents to help them stay informed. I have experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). Seeing a student's confidence grow is the most rewarding part of tutoring for me.
