About Delanie

Hi! My name is Delanie, and I'm currently a nursing student at GVSU. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have over 3 years of babysitting experience caring for children of different ages. I'm very calm, attentive, and strategic in stressful situations, which helps me feel confident caring for children and handling emergencies if needed. Through my healthcare education, I've learned the importance of patience, safety awareness, illness prevention, and staying alert in all situations. I truly believe childcare and healthcare both require having a genuine heart for others. I'm not looking for a job just for money, but because I enjoy making a positive impact on families and children. I'm extremely patient and understanding while also reinforcing family rules and routines in a respectful way based on each family's preferences. I'm located in the Allendale area and willing to drive up to around 30 minutes to surrounding areas.
