Delanie really became like family while she helped look after our 2 children. I never expected to have a nanny love my kids as much as Delanie! She met my son when he was just 4 hours old, and until we moved away 9 months later, he absolutely adored her. My 2 year old loved her too! Delanie's energy and compassion always made her feel comfortable and loved. Delanie always kept busy and helped with chores, it's safe to say she was like the second mom in the house. Delanie always gave us notice of her availability and never called off. She is honest, hard working and really adores children! She takes direction well and never had a problem asking for help or clarification of instruction. She will be an asset to any family that is lucky enough to hire her!
