We were super anxious as this was the first time we ever used care.com to find a sitter and only the 2nd or 3rd time ever leaving our son with anyone other than family. We did a video chat to make sure we felt comfortable with her first and had her arrive a little early so we could see her interact with our son. They got along great and seemed like everything went very well while we were gone. My son even asked about her first thing when he woke up! However, I tried to book her a second time and she was already booked, totally understandable as it was short notice but I then reached out another time about a month later and she never responded to me.
