About Delaney

Hi! My name is Delaney, but I go by Jade. Nannying is more than just a job for me-it's a meaningful way to create positive change while doing something I genuinely love. I bring over 8 years of hands-on childcare experience, working with children of all ages, including those with special needs and disabilities. I'm confident in managing multiple children and pride myself on creating a loving, patient, and fun environment where kids feel safe to grow, learn, and express themselves freely. I have a flexible schedule and am currently available to take on new families. My approach is rooted in kindness, creativity, and understanding. I love spending time outdoors, listening to music, and doing arts and crafts-activities that I love sharing with the children in my care as well!
