About Delaney

With five years of experience nurturing young minds, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth. My experience working with children with special needs and studies in child development sparked my desire to help every kid and family member feel seen, supported, and valued. I am nurturing, dependable, and calm under pressure. I bring respect and a positive attitude towards each child's unique personality and needs, and I always strive to provide proper care and attention to the different circumstances of every family. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and other tasks that make your life a little easier. I have experience supporting routines and boundaries through my work in Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, and I understand how important feeling heard is for children. I have First Aid Training and CPR Training. I enjoy both physical and imaginative games, from playing outdoors to crafts and storytelling.
