About Delaney

Hi! I am an education major and currently looking for my summer vacation job. Nurturing young minds is a true passion of mine, inspired by years of positive babysitting/ teaching experiences. For the past three years, I've enjoyed caring for children, especially those aged 3-10. I substitute teach during the week and I am an art instructor at a professional studio. I did 4 years of Art School at Western Michigan Universitiy and now I'm in the Art Education program. I'm creative, and approachable, and I love engaging kids with outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I am happy to follow your lead when it comes to household rules and communication preferences, providing regular updates through daily reports, texts, or calls. I am also happy to help with information cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. My qualifications include First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework.
