About Delaney

Hi! My name is Delaney! I'm a sophomore at Heartland Community College, currently pursuing a degree in Nursing. I've been passionate about caregiving since my freshman year of high school, and I officially became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 2022 through the Bloomington Area Career Center (BACC). With over 3 years of hands-on experience in long-term care, I've had the privilege of supporting seniors in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Rehabilitation settings. I also spent nearly 2 years working in the Emergency Department at OSF St. Joseph's Medical Center as a Patient Care Tech (PCT), where I gained valuable hospital experience and strengthened my ability to provide care in high-pressure situations. I'm friendly, dependable, and deeply committed to helping seniors feel safe, respected, and well-cared for. I take pride in being organized, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make a difference in someone's day.
