About Delaney

Hi! My name is Delaney, and I'm a sophomore at Heartland Community College, where I'm majoring in Nursing. I have nearly three years of paid babysitting experience, caring for children between the ages of 5 and 13. I'm friendly, outgoing, organized, and hardworking-traits that help me create a fun yet structured environment for the kids I look after. In addition to babysitting, I've been a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) since 2022 and have worked in both Long Term Care and the Emergency Department at OSF, which has equipped me with valuable skills in patient care, safety, and emergency response. Due to my experience, I am certified in CPR, First Aid/Wound care, and Basic Life Support. Outside of my work and studies, I love being active-whether that's running, lifting, playing sand volleyball, or enjoying the outdoors. I also enjoy baking and hanging out with my friends. I'm passionate about caregiving and am excited to offer a safe, caring, and fun environment for your children!
