I've been working with kids since I was 14 and love it. I started by watching my younger brothers, and then began babysitting for kids in our neighborhood. I hired Delaney to work childcare at an event I was hosting. She was excellent! Prompt, friendly, engaging with the kids, kind and helpful. She clearly communicated with me and was so flexible, especially when her counterpart cancelled at the last minute and she had to supervise a larger group than agreed upon - she did great and the kids loved her! She even made sure the kids cleaned up after themselves. We'll definitely work with her again!
