I've been with this family almost two years. We're hoping to find another child to join their sweet 4-year-old, , who's starting a very part-time nature preschool this fall (a few mornings/week) and loves having friends around the rest of the time. The family covers 50% of the nanny share even during Ava's preschool hours. I handle pickups from her activities, and they're happy to host full-time or trade houses.
