Hey there my name is Delaney, I have been caring for my grandmother for the past four years until she passed away this August. I am in nursing school at the moment. While caring for my grandmother I would bathe her, dress her, give her medicine to take, she was a stoke risk so I am very aware of signs of stokes. She needed help walking around so I would be her help, o help her with every house hold chores. I would sit and talk to her about her day and keep her company. I would also take her out to run any errands she wanted to do. I would do anything to make her feel comfortable. I have a special spot in my heart for the elderly and younger children which is why I'm in nursing school currently.
