Hi families! My name is Deja, and I have 8+ years of experience working with children of all ages and developmental needs. I began babysitting and nannying at 15 and have since expanded my background into educational and behavioral support as a Teacher Assistant, IEP Aide, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and tutor for children 16 and under. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, engaging environment where children feel supported, confident, and encouraged to grow. I'm compassionate, patient, dependable, adaptable, and love building meaningful connections with both children and families while supporting each child's unique needs and personality. I enjoy planning fun, enriching activities including crafts, outdoor play, educational games, imaginative play, homework help, and structured routines. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, and bring a calm, positive presence into every home I work in.
