I like working with kids because they are the most impressionable. Watching and mentoring them as they build their personalities is such a gift. I started working with kids when I was a teenager babysitting for family friends and parents of my church. In college, I had experience working at a nursery in a church. I also have experience in an unlicensed Nursing Assistant (also called Patient Care Technician) position in an inpatient setting. Between then and now, I've been occasionally babysitting while finishing up nursing school. I currently have 3 years of experience working with teenagers at a boarding high school in a live-on position. In my spare time, I like to read fiction books, hang out with friends and family, and play video games. My schedule varies because of my school schedule, I can be available day or night.
