Deja is the epitome of an experienced career nanny. She watched 3 infants all around the age of 4 months through 15 months and tailored her care based on each individual baby. After a few weeks, she had them all on similar schedules and drinking a bottle on their own. She is also very creative with the babies and will engage them in all sorts of interactive activities, using the resources she is presented with. Deja is also very communicative, flexible, and a great planner. She is genuinely thoughtful of your time and will give you ample time for any time off or if her own baby is coming down with an illness. We are so grateful for our time with Deja and everything that she has done for our baby.
