My current employer was at Kids Quest and we cared for kids up to age 12. I love all aged kids, adore watching them grow. Personally I've been caring for children since I was in diapers! At age 11 I had the opportunity to care for my newborn cousin since my uncle had to work. A year after watching over her my sister was born. Still to this day I watch her. I have a niece and a nephew age 4 and 1 1/2 I've also took care of them since week 3 of them being out of the hospital.
