About Deja

Hi! My name is deja. Childcare has always been a big part of my life. My mom worked in a daycare and later as a teacher, so I grew up helping her in the classroom-setting up, assisting with students, and even helping with lesson plans. Over the years, I've cared for my cousins' children from newborns through 12 years old, gaining hands-on experience with infants, toddlers, and school-age kids. I've also volunteered in my church nursery, where I cared for newborns in a safe and loving environment. Along with childcare, I've taken on house sitting and dog walking for family, which taught me responsibility, reliability, and trustworthiness. I enjoy keeping kids engaged, whether that's through play, learning, or simple routines. My goal is to provide a safe, caring, and positive environment where children can thrive.
