Bringing comfort and support to adults and seniors is my passion. My graduate degree has given me a foundation to provide quality care. With three years of experience, I've learned the importance of patience, calm, and empathy in creating a comfortable environment for care recipients. I am friendly and approachable. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I am certified in First Aid Training. I offer transportation, run errands, shop, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call, always following their preferred method. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I find immense satisfaction in making a positive impact on people's lives, and I look forward to the opportunity to care for your loved one.
