About Deirdre

Hello, my name is Deirdre. For the past three years, I have worked in a private daycare/preschool, where I discovered my passion for Early Childhood Education and decided to pursue it as my future career. I also regularly babysit for families with children of all ages, from newborns to adolescents. In these roles, I thrive by engaging children, supporting routines such as homework, meals, and activities, while maintaining safety, structure, and fun. I know how to connect at their level while following through with family requests. I am CPR certified and mindful of allergies and safety measures, giving parents peace of mind. Coming from a large family with four sisters, cousins, nieces, and nephews, I value the uniqueness of every child and treat each as a precious individual. I look forward to making a lasting impact on children's lives, just as my own teachers inspired me, and to bringing sensitivity, creativity, and care to every child I work with.
