About Deidra

Hi, I'm Deidra! Children have been at the heart of my career for over 20 years, and I truly can't imagine doing anything else. While I've worked in many areas of early childhood, caring for children has always been more than a job to me-it's my passion. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Leadership, years of professional nanny experience, and over a decade as an infant teacher. Throughout my career, I've cared for children from newborn through school age, creating nurturing, engaging environments where they feel safe, loved, and encouraged to learn through play and everyday experiences. As a mom, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your child with someone else. I believe in open communication, consistency, and treating every child with the same love, patience, and care I would want for my own daughter. My hope is to become more than just your nanny-I want to be a trusted partner in helping your child grow, learn, and thrive!
