Hi, I'm Deej! I grew up in New Jersey with my parents and 15 siblings, shaping me into the calm and loving person I am today. I have 8 years of childcare experience with children ages 3 weeks to 12 years. I value gentle, respectful parenting and love fostering independence and confidence through positive reinforcement. I enjoy outdoor adventures, library trips, baking, arts and crafts, and screen-free activities. My experience includes meal prep, family cooking, potty-training support, and baby-led weaning. With a background in nanny agency recruiting, I can also help with organizing, administrative tasks, and household routines. I'm looking for a role where I can combine my passion for child development with the opportunity to support a family in a meaningful way.
