With several years of lived experience (caring for an elderly grandparent), I bring a patient and compassionate approach to senior care. My goal is to support well-being and independence while offering families a reliable care option. I have some graduate school experience. I am skilled in respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, following your preferred communication method.
