About De Dranaye

Hi! My name is DeDranaye (Yenae for short), I'm a dependable 18-year-old high school graduate new to the NY/CT area Although I'm 18 I'm very familiar with childcare as the oldest girl in a large Jamaican family. From 0 to 4, I was responsible for my youngest sister's care in the evenings and weekends while our parents worked: includings meals, play & bedtime. I also completed a Human Growth & Development course which included CPR and child safety training. When it comes to childcare my main focuses are safety, consistency and fun (outdoors and music top of the list!) Before relocating I had secured a live-in nanny role, which sadly fell through due to unforeseen circumstances on the family's end. I believe the best fit right now would be a full-time, summertime arrangement, but I'm open and flexible to any role part/full-time and beyond the summer as well. I'm highly motivated to make this work and very confident in my ability to provide safe, quality childcare. Excited to connect!
