I am Dedier. I am a caring, reliable and responsible nanny. 

I love kids and have experience with most ages. On my last jobs, I lived with a host family, watching 2 adorable girls (6-year-old and 16 months when I left). 
I also took care of 4 kids, ages 8 to 16 years old (2013). Then, I worked for the same family for almost 2 years taking care of a boy from 2 months to almost 2 years old. 
As for now, I have been taking care of 2 children (3yo girl and 16 mo. boy), and I have been with the family for almost 3 years.. Our routine consists on trips to the library for story time, go to parks, Gymboree and other fun activities around town. Plus reading and playing educational games around the house.

We’ve hired Dedier for occasional babysitting and couldn’t be more happy! We trust her implicitly on long days when there is no school and the parents have to work, and she holds even tired and grumpy kids to their bedtime routines.  We truly appreciate  how professional, kind, and reliable she is!

We had a wonderful experience with Dedier while she cared for our two children during our time in Hawaii. She was always positive, dependable, and genuinely happy to help, which made us feel completely comfortable having our kids in her care.

What stood out most was how much our kids enjoyed being with her. They regularly looked forward to seeing Dedier and would often ask us when she was coming back again—which, as parents, is probably the best review we could give.

Dedier brought a kind, caring, and upbeat energy every time she was with our family. We’re very grateful for the time she spent with our children and would happily recommend her to any family looking for someone they can trust and, just as importantly, someone their children will truly enjoy spending time with.

I hired Dedier as a nanny for my son when he was 5 months old until we put him in daycare at 13 months old (for socialization) and she still occasionally watches him for us.  She took such amazing care of him and was a really valuable helper for a first time mom. She is extremely up to date and knowledgeable about all aspects of infant and childcare, both 'best practices' and typical practices. Despite our best efforts my son refused to take a bottle from us. Lactation consultants and every trick in the book failed to work. Within a few weeks Dedier consistently had him taking a bottle, giving me so much more freedom and flexibility. Additionally, she is a wizard at getting babies to sleep, whether they are sleep trained or not (she spanned both for us). Neither my husband or I can ever get our son to sleep as well as she can. Overall she is incredibly trustworthy, hard working, and a good communicator, as well as always being very warm and engaged with my son. I would 100% recommend her and I'm only sad we can't take her with us on our move!

Dee Dee worked with us full-time for 3 months. She was always punctual and reliable. She had a cheerful disposition and took excellent care of my 5 and 1.5 year old boys. She was able to manage her time impeccably, and this is a feat in itself with two very active boys! She was great with preparing their meals, helped my older boy with some reading/writing/drawing and made sure both were usually occupied and having fun. She never needed to be reminded twice about anything. She would also provide constructive feedback when appropriate. Your kids are in good hands if you have Dee Dee around!

She was excellent with my (at the time) 1 and 3 year olds. Very punctual, reliable, and great with the kids. I always felt safe leaving them in her hands.

She is the best. My kid loves her. I would adopt Deddie if I could. She became a role model for my kid.

We were in SD and needed a sitter on short notice.  Didier was delightful.  She was easy to reach, on time, and friendly. She soothed our 10 month old to sleep as we left which is not an easy task, but she had experience with infant sleep-a huge bonus for us!  We would certainly hire her again if we are back in SD!

Friendly, Reliable. A great caregiver to my twins. Knowledgeable about sleep training. Kindhearted. I can go to sleep at night knowing my twins are in good hands :) 

DeeDee is the ideal babysitter every mom wants. I met her at the park while she was watching a little girl my daughters age and I thought she was her mother. Unlike a lot of nannies I see at the park, deedee was engaged 100 percent. And that's when I knew I wanted her! My husband and I went to Cancun for a few nights and we needed a nanny to help my parents with our 17 month old. I'm a stay at home mom so I was nervous to have someone outside the family. DeeDee was perfect! She was patient and understanding and helpful. I stopped paying for care.com because she will be our babysitter from now on! She's amazing!

Dedier is WONDERFUL!  I can't recommend her enough.  She cared for my son from the time he was 4 months old until he was 11months - while I worked from home.   She is sweet, kind, and loving.  And most importantly she is mature, responsible and trustworthy.  For example, when my son was tiny, we had a hard time getting him to sleep in his crib.  So she held him for hours as he napped.  And then, when we were ready to try transitioning him back to his crib, she patiently sat by his side until he fell asleep and helped him learn to sleep by himself.  

And even though I was home, Dedier completely took care of him.  She bathed him, helped us introduce him to solids, played with him for hours on the floor and encouraged him to take his first steps.  

We all love Dedier so much!  Any family that works with her is very lucky to have her!!

Dedier is our au pair.  She is wonderful; responsible, mature, thoughtful, intelligent, interesting, and friendly.  She takes care of our 4 children, and is a great driver, keeps things tidy, tolerates teenagers, and is overall a great person.  Zero reservations.

Dedier lived with us for one year as our Au pair.  She is absolutely awesome!  She drove our children, planned playdates and activities, fed the children, put them to sleep, maintained their laundry and rooms, took care of the children when they were ill, assisted with homework, cooked meals, cleaned up after herself, helped the kids to clean up after themselves....really she did it all!  Dedier is very upbeat and positive and was an absolute joy to have around.  You would be very lucky to have her work for you.
