About Emily

Hi, I'm Emily! I am a recent graduate from Springfield College and first-year grad student at The University of Connecticut studying speech-language pathology! I have been working professionally with children, primarily those with special needs, since high school and I absolutely love it. I've gotten lots of experience with elementary-aged kids, both babysitting and in the school systems. I've also loved working for a birth-3 program and inside a preschool! I truly enjoy children of all ages from infant/toddlers through even middle and high schoolers. I am creative, kind, patient, and love to try new things! I also enjoy planning activities around children's skills and interests that help them to venture outside of their comfort zone but, most of all, have fun!
