About Debra

I am pleased to reach out to you for your consideration. With my history of continued education and training, my passion for children, my 17 years of classroom experience, and my strong desire to help people within their lives, I am confident in my ability to be a valuable asset to your family. Since the beginning of my career, I have obtained a Dual Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Education, have earned a Master's degree in Literacy Strategies and Instruction, have earned tenure in two separate NY school districts, have been trained in Reading First through the NYS Reading Academy, and have successfully implemented a wide variety of academic programs and strategies within my classroom over a period of 17 years. I have taught everything from Pre-k to 5th grade. I am confident in my ability to be able to connect with your child and help them progress on their educational journey.
