I have been doing senior care for the last 12 years. Prior to that I worked for many years as a department manager in a manufacturing facility. I currently have two clients that I have worked for over the past 5 years. I am losing one client to assisted living. I love my clients. I am kind to my clients, take the time to learn their individual likes and needs. I am old enough to have great empathy with the problems of aging. I am also a cancer survivor. I have experienced what it is like to need help. My ideal situation is to function as part of a team of caregivers. I would like to be an on call employee to cover vacations, etc. I am also crazy about animals. I would welcome pet sitting jobs or senior care for individuals with pets.
