About Debra

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. My experiences in previous care roles have solidified my desire to support their well-being and independence. With three years of experience, I bring patience, compassion, and a detail-oriented approach to my work. I am trained in First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method.
