About Debra

My name is Debra, and I bring 29 years of experience in early childhood care and education. I owned and operated an award-winning licensed daycare and preschool, caring for up to 14 children infants to 12 years. I proudly ran my program for many years before closing it in May 2023 to relocate to Orange County and be closer to family. After moving, I continued my work with children as the Head Infant Teacher at McDowell School in Laguna Niguel from 2023 to 2024. I have hands-on experience with children of all ages-from newborns to school-age-and am known for my calm, patient, and nurturing nature. I'm highly organized, energetic, and truly passionate about creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. I have decided to transition to a private Nanny with one family! In my free time, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, going on cruises, and spending time with my 2 adult children and bonus daughter in law.
