I'd describe my personality as, trustworthy, patient and kind. I like caring for seniors because they have a need for help at varing levels but still want to maintain their independence. I'm looking for a job that helps both the patient and family feel safe. I started caring for seniors when I completed my nursing degree and passed the nursing California state exam. In my spare time, I like to read. One thing you should know about me is I am a very honest and hardworking caregiver/nurse. My skills include dementia care, bathing, hygiene, depends changing, medications, ambulation guidance with walker, cane, transfer belts, diabetes monitor and insulin injection, inhalation therapy, oxygen monitoring, assistance with blind patients and physical therapy.
