Making a positive difference in people's lives is what drives me. I have 10+ years of experience working and supporting seniors, empowering them to maintain their independence and well-being. My experiences in previous care roles have solidified my passion for this work, and I find great satisfaction in providing families with reliable care options. I'm known for my patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach. I prioritize understanding each care recipient's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I am also well-versed in following families' preferred communication methods. My skills include respite care, transportation, errands, meal preparation, and medical management. I also have First Aid Training. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish. I approach each day with the goal of bringing comfort and joy to those I serve.
