About Debra

I am a native New Yorker who moved to Austin almost three years ago. My last job in NYC was a part-time babysitter for a family with three children, ages 6 to 13, for almost 3 years. Since moving to Austin, I have worked as a nanny for a 3-year-old girl and another family with a 3-year-old boy. My current position, where I have been for two years, has been looking after a boy age 3 and his sister age 5. My duties include school pick-ups, light housework, kid's laundry, and preparing snacks/meals. Most of my time was engaging them in activities indoors and out. I I really enjoy helping them use their imaginations and to explore the world around them, all in a trusting and caring setting. I have a Masters Degree in Social Work, am a non-smoker, have a clean driving record, and am fully vaccinated. I am dependable, trustworthy, practical, gentle, loving, energetic, patient, and fun. I am flexible with my time and can adjust to occasional changes in my employers needs.
