I recently retired from a fulfilling career as a Behavioral Specialist, where I supported children and adolescents with a wide range of behavioral, developmental, and emotional challenges. My work included collaborating with families, teachers, and therapists to create individualized strategies that encouraged growth, stability, and confidence. I guided children in areas such as self-regulation, communication, social skills, and daily routines, always using patience, empathy, and structure to support their progress. While I have also spent time as a nanny, my greatest fulfillment has always come from helping children who need extra support to thrive. I am eager to return to this type of work, bringing both my professional expertise and my passion for guiding children toward success. My goal is to partner with families to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where each child feels understood and encouraged to reach their full potential.
